HOW TO RECEIVE A QUALITY STEEL FRAME HOME ESTIMATE:
What Plans/Drawings To Send Us:
To receive a Quality Steel Frame Home package estimate, please send us a copy of your blueprints to the address below. These plans must include at least the floorplan, front, right, left, and rear elevations, and a bird's eye view of the roof. As such, these plans can simply be the drawings found on many home plan websites. For instance, you can simply print out the plan directly from the home plan website and send it to us for an estimate to see if the steel frame package for that plan will fall within you budget . . . . before you buy the plan from the home plan company!
Furthermore, any information on your local building codes, loads, etc. (available from your local building department) are helpful in providing you an accurate estimate. If you are unable to attain the codes and loads, please just send us a telephone number of your local building department with your plans and we will contact them ourselves for the information.
Cost For Estimate:
Due to the time involved in estimating custom steel frame homes and the number of requests we are now receiving, as of January 1, 2008 we now charge a fee of $50.00 for generating each estimate for you. Please send this payment along with your blueprints to the address below. If sending a personal check, your estimate will be sent to you only after the check clears, so for faster turn around times a cashier's check or money order is suggested.
Please make your check out to “American Steel Frame Services, Inc.” Our estimates are guranteed for a period of 4 months from the date we create them.
If you decide to purchase the steel frame home package that we estimated for you from us during the 4 month guaranteed price period, the $50.00 fee you paid us will be credited to the purchase price of the steel frame home package.
